The boring bits

1. This service is operated by NakedBus NZ Limited trading as nakedbus.com
2. The pass is valid for 12 months. The first date of travel must commence within 12 months of the purchase of the passport.
3. Every nakedpassport purchased is non-refundable
4. Departures must be booked on www.nakedpassport.com subject to availability
5. Cancellation of departures must be made at least 24 hours before the bus departure time. Failure to cancel will result in the trip being forfeited.
6. Should a passenger fail to board the bus for a booked trip, the trip is forfeited.
7. Each pass can be used for the number of trips specified. Trips may be booked between any two points in BOTH directions once only.
8. All fares, routes, pricing, inclusions and departure times are subject to alteration without notice.
9. Nakedbus.com uses the vehicles of partner companies. These vehicles have nakedbus.com branding on them. It is the responsibility of the customer to identify their vehicle at the boarding point.
10. We will not be liable for cancellations due to weather, road closures or other which may occur beyond our control.
11. Nakedbus.com shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or consequential upon, directly or indirectly, an abandonment of, delay in departure or delay during any trip however caused.
12. Nakedbus.com will endeavour to adhere to stated departure and arrival times but will not be liable for any failure to meet those times or cancellations due to weather or any other conditions out of our control.
13. Passengers under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
14. Nakedbus.com reserves the right to refuse travel to any person who may in the opinion of any company official present a potential danger or to any other person or company property.
